Really nice campground/hosteria on the ruta 68, just south of Salta. Costs to camp here are 1500 ars p.p. They have warm water, a toilet and shower you can use.

We spent four nights here on our way to Cachi, waiting for the sun to return. Likely, we were their first overlanders. It’s a well-kept place with pool and soccer field. There is a separate large cabaña for rent. Ample space on a level, solid, and grassy surface for any size rig; no height limit on the entry gates.
