Good place. Definitely not the most luxurious thing but for that price, in the region it's good. I stayed in a single bed private bedroom for 12.000 CLP per night. Don't know the price for a twin bedroom. It has a kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, and WiFi. The owner is nice and able to give some tips.

Nice place to stay, really cheap for the region. There are a kitchen well furnished, and 2 bathrooms. It's clean and there is a small garden.
