15,000 pp in private room with shared bathtoom. Building has no signage, its just a white building on the corner with black bricks/tiles around the bottom. Recommend.

Same as described. Simple but functional and relatively clean. Aircon works. Room with shared bathroom 15,000 pesos and room with private bathroom 20,000. Private parking for the motorcycles. I took the one with private bathroom.

10,000 pesos cash. I stayed here but something about it have me weird vibes. Maybe it was the too dim lightning or the crazy amount of religious statues

Prices in December 2022 for me as a solo traveller 1500p for shared bathroom and 2000p for matrimonial with own bathroom. Very nice and attentetive, they even washed my laundry for free even though I offered to pay. Gave a propina to the cleaning staff, though. Wifi was decent.

Good find. Everywhere else was either full or charging $1600p+ but found a matrimonial room here with shared bathroom for $900p. Staff were very nice. Stored our bikes in the courtyard, secure parking area out back. Rooms have A/C and fan but were naturally cool when we arrived, which was great. Hot showers, possibly kitchen access (didnt ask). Beds are a firm foam. tap water not potable, but they have a bottle of potable water and a tap out back to fill bottles.

very nice, simple and clean guest house/hospedaje. safe parking for motos or small cars. we paid 900 ARS for the two of us with breakfast and private bathroom. shared bathroom would have been 700, but the wheelchair didn't fit the bathroom door. Patricia is a very warm hearted and amicable host. in Villa Union this was the cheapest and at the same time most inviting option we found.
