Nice enough hotel for 20,000 per night for a couple with no negotiation possible. There is AC and a private bathroom, which is all clean and comfortable enough, but nothing special.

Big parking space, the old lady very friendly, we paid 1000pesos for 2 person with 1 motorcycle, the room have aircon and fan, bathroom inside also. Before enter the village there’s a police checkpoint ask our passport and how many nights we stay.

If you're looking for cheaper option to Hosteria Termal in San Pedro, this is a place. Simple budget hospedaje with shared bathroom and big backyard. Possible to use the kitchen. We were two and paid 150p total for 3-beds room.
