Great spot! Quiet, dark, no people. For sure want to have high clearance to get in here.

We spent a very quiet night here. We stopped a bit before the spot on the left where there are some trees and bushes. There is a left turn but that road ends not even 5 meters after the turn. At the end there is not very leveled opening in the bushes. In the evening some people on motos and horses passed by on the main road but no one after sunset and in the morning. We saw a colibri. Stunning view over the mountains in the morning. In dry weather and when the river is quite low it’s not necessarily a 4WD road but there are sections which demand high clearance (ditches across the road). LWB vans will probably struggle.

At the end of this valley there are some flat areas in/next to the riverbed. Spectacular view on the mountains. During the day, a few people walked by or drive by on their mottos. Late afternoon a sheppard walked down one of the hills with his goats. During the night it was quiet.
