Nice quiet place down a dip so sheltered from the wind. As said before, you can only enter from the east and the road ends here. Would recommend 4x4 for the last bit as it can be soft with sand and rock.

Coming from the East, the road is good, smoother than the new road, but you can only get as far as here. See pictures. I found a good place to pitch my tent between some bushes for wind shelter. I made a little road across the river bed to hide my motorcycle behind some bushes and for sun shade. The good thing is, you'll get no passing traffic so you'll have a peaceful night.

We took the old road and after the 2 big turns we went on the left side of the road. The area is accessible with a 2WD, high clearance required. We were protected from the wind by a sort of cliff. The main road is far enough so this is very quiet. Not visible from the old road either. Really great !! Clean, peaceful and semi flat (or even flat if you park the right way!)

Next to a stretch of 'old road' into the mountains, you can enter the riverbed and find a 'sort of' secluded spot. Not the best place ever, but good for a night (extremely silent at night, even on a Saturday).
